Well Being, Health and Quality of Work and Organizational Life

Gian Piero Quaglino

The research team is composed by teachers, researchers, PhDs and aspiring PhDs that study organizational dynamics through quali-quantitative researches whose aim is to analyze in depth the well being, health and quality of like in the work context. The subjects of study are the organizational processes that affect well being, with a special interest for the balance between work and personal life. The studied dimensions are climate, leadership, motivation, satisfaction and commitment, factors that characterize the relationship between the individual and the organization. A related research studies in depth the influences of these themes on organizational training, with a particular interest for the individual and organizational development. The team had established several action-researches with many organizations (public and private, profit and no-profit) in order to foster organizational policies that improve the quality of life. From this point of view, the research results support guidance and training in those organizations.
